A pretty, pear-shaped labradorite in a bright, medium blue is set in an 18k yellow gold gold bezel. The stone measures 10 x 14 mm and is set horizontally on the finger. I've added three 18k gold balls on the side opposite the point - to balance it out. The remainder of the ring is sterling silver. This stone has a lot of movement and subtle colors within. I really like this design!

Its name comes from where it was first found in 1770 - the Labrador peninsula in Canada. It has also been found in Norway and Russia.***

Currently a size 6.5, I will be happy to size this ring up or down to fit. :O)
